Mr. Goldberg handles day to day legal matters Orion and New West Building Company, including securing permits for development projects, acquiring and selling companies, and performing regulatory compliance and risk reduction work. Mr. Goldberg previously worked with Fodor Law Office, PC in Jackson where he represented local landowners and developers and assisted them in navigating local land development regulations. Mr. Goldberg was also formally an Associate at KP Law, PC in Boston, where he represented towns and cities on land use, real estate, and general municipal matters.
