Human Resources Manager

After attending Sweet Briar College, Carter moved out west to work in Grand Teton National Park where she fell in love with all the Tetons had to offer.  She made the natural transition to town where she worked in the service industry for a few years and explored the rest of the Mountain West. Carter then joined the New West team in 2018 working in administration, eventually transitioning into human resources. Outside of work, Carter loves spending time in the mountains and rivers with her husband Jim, daughter Oat and their 2 dogs, Billie & Norman.
