Chelsea McEnroe

Director of Human Resources

Chelsea McEnroe directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. 

Ms. McEnroe takes a progressive and hands on approach to her work, is results-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a licensed attorney, she has almost a decade of legal and HR experience. Prior to joining Orion, she worked at International SOS Assistance, Inc. in both the Philadelphia and Houston region.  Ms. McEnroe obtained a bachelor's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Emory University in Atlanta. 

In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, running with her dogs, playing softball, hiking, and spending time with her husband, Jeff.
