Development Manager

Cole Mogan Is our Development Manager, controlling our developments all the way from concept through construction. Prior to joining Orion he gained experience working with a boutique modular hotel builder where he managed acquisitions and operations of assets valued at $300 million. Mr. Mogan received his B.S. degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, with an emphasis in hospitality and multifamily assets.
