Mr. King has more than two decades of experience in private equity investment in parallel to commercial and residential real estate development; projects exceed two thousand condominium units valued at more than $2 billion. Having managed projects from inception to completion, he has been involved in all facets of real estate including overseeing project development, managing sales and serving as an HOA board member and architectural review committee member on multiple properties. He has successfully structured and negotiated numerous transactions with commercial and investment banks and has closed over $1.5 billion in loan facilities.

Notable mixed-use luxury developments include Turquoise Place in Orange Beach, Alabama (416 condo units across two high-rise towers) and Arts District West in Jackson, Wyoming (first of a 4-phase mixed-use luxury development), among many others.

Mr. King received a B.B.A. degree in MIS and Accounting with highest honors from The University of Mississippi, then earned an MBA in Real Estate and General Finance from Emory University.
